We know you can't wait to pour that first, delicious glass of your Copper Cane wines, but keep in mind they also mature well in the cellar!
For tonight's Virtual Vineyard tasting, our recommendation is:
One hour before the event put each bottle in the fridge to bring them down to cellar temperature, slightly chilled. Yes, even the red wines!
Böen Chardonnay, Elouan Pinot Noir and Napa Valley Quilt Cabernet are screw-top closures and easy to twist off when you are ready to pour your glass for the wine tasting. The Belle Glos Pinot is the wine with a cork. You can let it develop in the glass, or, if you have a decanter, pour the Belle Glos Pinot Noir and let it open up for about an hour before tasting.
